Hybrid bucket

The hybrid bucket is FMG’s patented equipment that may work as a flipper bucket and an ice-removing bucket. When using the bucket as a flipper bucket, the ice-removing blade does not touch the ground. When the bucket is tilted back so that the cutting edge rises from the ground, the ice-removing blade at the back of the bucket starts to remove the ice. The removed ice is getting into the bucket and ready to be tipped onto the bench.

By using the one hybrid bucket you may do the work of the two equipment, snow and ice removing. When changes of work equipment are less, work safety increases and time saves. You may reduce the spreading sand by removing or roughening the ice with the hybrid bucket. By reducing usage of the sand, it also reduces the need to clean the sand at spring, and it means that sand dust is less, and the air quality is better.

There are two positions of the bucket blade: 6 degrees (standard) or straight (optional equipment). The straight position of the bucket blade is suitable for areas where the rise of the crushed stone on the snow should be avoided.

Standard equipments: 6 degrees bucket blade, perforated blades in the wings, toothblades in the bucket and as a planer blade, extension walls for the bucket, spring-loaded wings, adapters with screws (CBW180/10, CBW200/12, CBW230/20, CBW260/20), welded Volvo adapters (CBW230/25, CBW260/30, CBW280/45, CBW300/55), 1/2′ couplings.

Optional equipments: straight bucket blade, toothed hard metal blade, electric valve 6/2, accumulator.
